Not sure if Winch Websites are right for you?

Winch Websites would like you to feel confident about trialling our services - so we offer a 1-month trial period and if you decide for any reason that Winch Websites is not for you, we'll give you a 100% refund on your webhosting and website design fees.

Refunds are not available for any domain names that have been registered on your behalf, as these remain your 'property' and you retain control over them, and also because domain name registrars do not give refunds. In the event of a refund, Winch Websites reserves the right to delete any and all material created, and the website itself will be permanently deleted. No copies of any work will be provided, and the website as a whole will not be available for transfer to other webhosting services/organisations.

All you need to do is let us know that you wish to cancel the website account within 1 calendar month of the date of creation (or our email to you advising the account has been created, whichever is the later).

However, we hope it never comes to that! If you do have any concerns or worries, be sure to tell us first as it may be easier to rectify them than you think.
