• a detailed monthly statistics report on visitors to your website.
• technical updates to your Content Management System (ie. not the words on the website, but the "kit" behind the scenes that drives it) with security fixes and other improvements.
• a guarantee not to run out of disk space or bandwidth if your website proves to be very popular or you upload lots of photos etc.
• up to 1 hour a month of time for updates, changes, or any work you want on your website (unused time is not accumulated).

So, once you have your website up and running, whenever you think of adjustments, improvements or some fine-tuning that would be beneficial, a simple phone call or email is all that is needed. Even if you don't make any changes, you can be confident that your website is technically up-to-date and each month you will see all the fact and figures relating to your website visitors. Website maintenance is billed quarterly or annually, and payable in advance.
